Welcome to The Norfolk Canoe Association Website

This site was set up in May 2004. The information on this site has been compiled by the NCA and its members. If any of the details are incorrect or you wish to add something then please contact the webmaster.

The Norfolk Canoeing Association (NCA) is a voluntary body which is supported and elected by individual canoeists and local clubs to represent the interests of canoeing in Norfolk. We are affiliated to the British Canoe Union and follow its aims and objectives. The main purposes of the association are:

• to promote canoeing in the county of Norfolk
• to represent the interests of canoeists with other organisations such as the Broads Authority
• to support local clubs
• to promote better access for canoeists within the county
• to support the Local Coaching Officer in providing training opportunities
• to support and promote such events that promote canoeing
• to support the development of better facilities within the county

This site is designed to provide both canoeists in Norfolk and visitors to our County with useful contacts and information for canoeing in the County.
